COVID-19
An Update From Dr. Spine On COVID-19

Dear Valued Patient,
Amid the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we at Dr. Spine are doing our part by closely monitoring the latest reports and adhering to the guidelines as directed by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Dr. Spine is committed to protecting the health of our patients and staff and will continue to adhere to the latest guidelines and recommendations from the above sources. In addition to our current health and safety practices, Dr. Spine has increased the frequency of deep cleaning and sanitizing our facility, especially in high traffic areas.
Dr. Spine will continue to see new and established patients and provide timely healthcare to those in need of Spine Care services. With concerns over COVID-19 we will try to limit the traffic of patients and staff in the physical office space.
We will transition most patient encounters to a tele-medicine model where our physicians can see and treat patients via video or phone call. Our call center is available to schedule appointments during normal business hours Monday through Friday.
Dr. Spine will have condensed hours in the actual physical office space and these time slots will be reserved for the most acute situations. This will be determined on a case by case basis at the physician’s discretion.
You have our commitment that Dr. Spine will do the very best to protect your health and continue to serve your needs in this unanticipated and challenging time.
Please feel free to call us with any questions at (219) 250-5035 or (219) 921-1444.
